I'm a lurker here, having joined when i started C25K a couple of months ago.
I've just come back from successfully completing W9R3. I wanted to come on here and thank all the forum members that have helped me complete the programme - I been reading all the posts and taking note. I think without all the advice on here I wouldn't have completed it.
My take-home messages:
-FTDP
-It will work
-Duration, not speed is the key
-Get decent shoes
-Ignore Laura's advice on a) breathing b) landing on the heel
-W5R3 isn't THAT bad
-FTDP
- there are no failed runs, only practice ones
Now time for some parkruns...
Thanks again!
