Off the IC!

Ran after a 3 week break due to achy knees. Only did 15 mins but it was a good 15 mins and it felt great to be back out there! Slow and steadily onwards, and I'll be back at 30 mins. I didn't realise how much I missed it. Here's hoping my knees hold up now.
