Hi all, well took my sore (improving) calf/Achilles gently round the park run (albeit with the tail runner) and I'm very pleased to say, seems ok, still a bit sore, but no worse, so I'm sliding off the IC, sorry to leave, we were having such a nice time, chat and all that, the cake was good too. I have a 10k i rashly signed up for in April, so will be gently doing my runs to prepare.
If you would be so kind as to put a reserved sign on my space just for a short while in case I need to come back, I'd be grateful, and I will bring cake, I'll also bring my hula hoop to keep the muffin tops at bay, thanks
Mx

Oh, ok Ully, I suppose it is a bit crowded at the moment, and a bit squashed up so its only fair to let the others spread out a bit, it's a confidence thing I reckon, mind you, my steady trot round park run today did remind me how good this running lark makes you feel, fresh air and all that, onwards and forwards, as you say!
Glad to see the back of you Madge- in the nicest possible way!!! The IC is no place for a for woman like yourself with races to run. I'll miss our chats but a runners got to do what a runners got to do
