Pass me a cape, I’m feeling like a superhero!!! I cannot believe I managed the full 20 minute jog - absolutely buzzing!
I didn’t want to go & was feeling somewhat negative especially as my legs felt achy just walking my daughter into school this morning! But once I got into it - it was perfect!!
I started off too fast and once I did the first 10 minutes I really slowed down but regardless I ran for the full 20 mins!!!
Perfectly timed playlist (by fluke) for the warm down walk, there goes my hero - foo fighters - made my day!!! I’m my own hero today....... didn’t think I was capable!

Brilliant! Well done! According to my tracker we sped up when we turned for home half way through the run. My very tall sister finds slow difficult. She has long legs. I have no problem going slow!
