W5R3 - Done!

I had no idea how this run was going to go, but I just figured I'd set off at an easy pace and see what happens - managed the full 20 minutes, even after tackling the silly stepped hill at around the 10 minute mark 😀

I'm very very happy with how that went, when I slowed down to a walk after the 20 minutes were up my legs felt strangely light/jelly like!

Now looking forward to starting week 6 over the weekend!

I have no idea what all the fuss is about this run.

Well done, it is a milestone.

W6R1 requires respect and catches a lot of people out.

It's a solid block of time with no breaks is what the fuss is from, especially considering I originally found the step to 90 seconds challenging to the point of damaging my knee! 😀
