I feel very excited to have completed he race for life on Sunday. I had to slow down and help a friend who was struggling, but it was worth it as together we made it to the finish line. I am still enjoying running and my aim is to go on to run 10k and then 25k! Thank you all for your encouragement and I am glad i discovered couchto5k

Well done! Loving the shades
Thanks and I was running with the shades! LOL
Excellent outfit and well done. Race for Life is such a moving experience isn't it - and I only walked when I did it.
Thanks yes it is indeed a moving experience. Two years ago I was only able to walk the route. Great you could also walk, as it is the taking part that matters! Best wishes and have a goo day!
