Like the person who commented further down I completed the Race for Life 5k today, where we at the same one Hyde Park London???

It was very warm 26 degrees, not easy to run in but well hydrated and that really helped.

Completed in 35 mins, and kept up with some of the young ones. It was brilliant atmosphere!

And yes gents there was 1 man at this race, in a pink glitter wig and hulla skirt.

Well done! Were you referring to my post? If so, afraid we weren't at the same one, I'm near Manchester, but it appeared that we both battled with the same heat. Fabulous time - it does leave you feeling great, doesn't it? :)

Thanks Pat. nothing yet, struggling with Piriformis pain ( pain the the buttock muscle) at the moment which is really hampering my runs, though it was less of a problem yesterday, thank goodness.

Doing all the stretches recommeded but still a problem!!!

happy that I did the run though and thanks for your donatioln.
