Back in the lounge, Week 8 Run 1

Surgery cancelled :\ so back to running in the lounge today. Finding it tough going these days. I think I have reached my limit. Other people seem to be finding it easier than me at this stage. But I am still determined despite my legs seemingly weighing a tonne. Moving from this location to another in Egypt on Saturday, so maybe time to complete Week 8 and then a week of the unknown before I get to UK. I may do Week 8 for a while longer, my speed has dropped to the point that I could walk it faster myself!

I can't say that I find running 25 minutes at all easy Cairokitten , don't worry! I still find the breathing my main issue, I just can't catch my breath at all despite trying lots of different techniques suggested on here....I continue to hope that this will get easier with more increased fitness, I'm sure your speed will do the same! Hope you get your new surgery date soon!!

For me its not so much the breathing, but being able to lift one leg in front of the other lol. They seem to be soooo heavy.

I think you are so dedicated running around your lounge. It must be tough mentally to keep going like that for 25 minutes. I think when you get outside you will find it so much easier. Hope you get the surgery soon

It must be so hard trying to run round the lounge. I'm sure you will find it better once you can try outside.

I hope its easier ... perhaps not having to slow down to go around corners will actually help? Fingers crossed :)
