So, after reporting how great my week 7 run 3 went, I thought I would do week 8 after just one rest day. I'd had a couple of bad night's sleep and was a bit later out this morning than usual. The first half went great, but after that I was flagging a bit and I did complete the 28 minutes of slow jogging but was very tired at the end. I think I do need the two rest days at this stage if I am going to enjoy my runs. I feel as if I have used up all of my energy today.

Well done !! it’s all about getting to the end of the run and adjusting your pace . You have to do what suits you . I fount I had to do runs on alternate days otherwise I would not be motivated to carry on . 👏🏻

Well done, it's these challenging runs that really show us how far we've come since week 1 ☺ I'd say, if your body is asking for two days between runs, that's what you should do, whatever works for you and allows you to develop a sustainable running routine 👍
