Pleased to say that run one week 8 felt easier than l expected, it’s all about mindset. I realised there are only five more runs to graduation and it definitely feels within reach. Happy running 🏃♀️

🍏👍 Definitely in reach now Bunty! Well done… these longer runs really strengthen your legs & at the same time you start believing that you are really the runner C25K is telling you, you are! It’s a heady feeling and to be enjoyed. Keep going at a slow steady pace! 🏃♀️🌟
