Did the above run this morning can't believe I run for 25 mins non stop and 2.05 miles as well πŸ˜€. I had to give my self a bit of a talking to at about 18 mins but pulled though. I found this run better then w6r2 which I really hated. Took it nice and slow, it was so muggy. I'm going to find this week a bit tough I have 5 long work days ahead at Royal ascot, but I ain't stopping nowπŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»πŸ˜‚

Good for you and well done! Wk6r2 was the last run I did 2 weeks ago and I can't say I enjoyed it much either! I've been on the IC for a couple of weeks since then and now you mention 25 mins of running for r3 it's a bit daunting! Hope you manage to get some runs in this week despite work!
