I know everybody says this but i cant believe i just ran for 25 mins straight :) i'm just so happy. Did have to run in 11mph winds though due to storm moving in but no problem there. Somehow i had a problem slowing down though did first mile in 14 mins then 2nd mile in 13:21 but finially was able to slow down some at the end. Over all i loved the run.

Ooooo, graduation shirt? I’m going to have to get one too you realise! 😀

I’m starting W7 on Sunday. My routine is a bit all over the place as I’m going away on Monday, but will be able to do R2 and R3 on Weds and Friday and W8R1 the following Sunday. My husband is competing in rowing in Munich, so a lovely 2k rowing course to run up and down! Not sure where we’ll be after that, but I’ll find somewhere to run! #bitofarunningnut 😅

Well done, I’ve just done the same run and it was great to finish it. I couldn’t believe it either 😊

Fantastic! Especially doing the run in the wind.

Brilliant. I'm doing mine tomorrow. If I succeed, Wk 7 starts Monday.

Just done it! Can't believe Sarah says I'm officially a runner. Thinking of other people's experiences kept me going. Also thinking of run in sections of 5 mins helped. 🌞
