Feeling very proud. Went away for a rugby tour weekend with the kids and knew I had to do W6R3 which was 25 mins run. Took my running stuff and did it Sat morning across the coastal path which was tough as a mixture of grassy sandy hills. After 5 mins I thought I would never do it as I felt so worn out but I pushed through and by the end felt like I could of run a bit more. So happy I did it and didn’t leave my running gear at home 😊

Well done. I have W6 R3 to do. Found this week much harder. Going away over Easter. Must remember running kit.

Well done, I’ve been on a few of those rugby weekends when my kids were younger so I’m giving you a huge ✋ 😁

Way to go! Twenty-five minutes is an accomplishment, doubly so away at a kids sports weekend! 🏉😊
