I was not looking forward to today’s run, even my stupid cat appeared to be grinning at me as I laced up my trainers. I set off down the track with the cat, still smirking and walking alongside me.

She turned back to the house after I threatened to half her cat rations for the next 7 days. The run went surprisingly well, I wasn’t gasping and praying for her to say “ok you can slow down now.

According to run keeper this was my longest run. I know the runs will get harder and I also know I am no spring chicken so I have invested in a portable defibrillator, if it can start my Mini engine I am pretty sure it will restart mine.

I just think at 3.9Kg it is a little heavy, I might suggest some design modifications to the manufactures

Keep at it guys, it does get easier.

Oh thank you, I will be honest I don’t really like running. I have to convince myself I need to run and that I will feel better afterwards.

Also I had a great motivator this morning, I either had to clean the kitchen, or use the excuse of going for a run.

Happy Days

That’s a great motivator🤔👏👏😂😂

I have a similar one now, the job list just keeps getting longer now, 🙈🤔😂😂 running is first priority, nearly 75 and a novice runner, just hooked.🤔🙈😂😂

Hold onto it, you will love it to, I hope you do.🌟👏👏💫💫

Nearly 75, well done. I am 56 and ready for my midlife crisis.... I think I deserve one.

Keep up the running.

Well done for your progress - as the wether gets better, you'll enjoy it even more. That equipment looks a little drastic, I'd invest in a pair of good shoes instead :)
