I was not looking forward to today’s run, even my stupid cat appeared to be grinning at me as I laced up my trainers. I set off down the track with the cat, still smirking and walking alongside me.
She turned back to the house after I threatened to half her cat rations for the next 7 days. The run went surprisingly well, I wasn’t gasping and praying for her to say “ok you can slow down now.
According to run keeper this was my longest run. I know the runs will get harder and I also know I am no spring chicken so I have invested in a portable defibrillator, if it can start my Mini engine I am pretty sure it will restart mine.
I just think at 3.9Kg it is a little heavy, I might suggest some design modifications to the manufactures
Keep at it guys, it does get easier.

Well done for your progress - as the wether gets better, you'll enjoy it even more. That equipment looks a little drastic, I'd invest in a pair of good shoes instead
