Hey all,
I completed my first run yesterday, and as you can imagine no amount of stretching will rid you of the fact you've worked muscles you haven't in years haha
Just wanted to say I got some Epsom Salts from Boots and had a soak in the bath and then regardless of the pain have been for a brisk 15 min walk to re-stretch out my muscles without over exerting them.. I'm now totally pain free, it's amazing.
I'm all for sharing tips! Worked for me, might do for you or even those of you moving up through the program
