Iβm very relieved this wasnβt my actual graduation run. Iβd decided to use W9 to help me along on my first run βgoing soloβ and set it up as Iβd done for the past 27 runs, all without problem.
βOff you goβ said MJ, so off I went. MapMyRun also kicked in so I knew all was good. Except MJ obviously didnβt think I needed his help any more and thatβs the last I heard from him! I did think, crikey that was a long 10 minutes, but MMR gave me a split time so I knew MJ had taken leave. Obviously got sick of me and went off to help someone else - which is fine! Except Iβd have been gutted if it had been a run which counted. It wouldnβt have felt right!
Anyway all good, almost identical in time to my last run, except pretty windy and quite damp this morning. Iβm still the colour of a π even though itβs way cooler!!
Happy Sunday everyone! π

He is busy, youβre right, I shouldnβt complain! It did feel odd not having him pipe up every now and then, but Iβll get used to it! Good luck with the rest of your runs! πββοΈπββοΈππ»ππ»
Well done cheeky. ππ. I was planning to stay on week 9 for a while to consolidate as it were so letβs see if he makes me fly solo tomorrow πββοΈπββοΈ
Did my first post-grad run today. SM did accompany me rather than desert me for the Edinburgh Fringe; I just went back to Wk9r1, and she was quite happy. I ignored her at the end, however, and managed to get to 5.4K in about 40 minutes, so yay me!!!
