Raining and cold

Just back from w3r2 with rain dripping off my face. I was determined to go out this morning and I'm so glad I did. Managed to run for 4 minutes on the last part as I felt I could manage just that little bit more. Never thought I would even get this far. Loving ct5k x

Thank you for this! I usually go out first thing in the morning but skipped this morning because of the weather. Now I am thinking I just need to get out there and your post has given me the extra motivational bump that I needed x

It is over so fast really and if you wait for decent weather, you'd rarely get to run at all. Plus next winter is definitely going to come so best train for that too I suppose.

Always useful to get a reminder that wet or dry, once you go out there, it's actually easier than thinking about going out there!

I like to go out in the rain - not just refreshing but it hides the dripping sweaty mess i become!!
