I intended to run slow for 35 minutes today but arrived home to find Willow expecting to run 15 minutes, so as it was cold almost dark and raining I agreed, we ran pretty fast for 15 minutes then added an extra 5 because I didn’t want to stop, 2k in just under 18 minutes so were pleased with that
It’s World Kindness Day today so I hope everyone is feeling happy and running with glee

We ran 30 minutes on Sunday then 15 minutes today, so we have 35 minutes on Friday after work it’s week 1 of the magic plan, we couldn’t do the distance because we aren’t fast enough and would be out too long, it was fun running faster today, i checked my HR after and oh dear it peaked at 175 whoops glad i don’t have a garmin lol
Brilliant effort, and you e run 35 minute many times before so that wont be a problem. I've been painting walls this afternoon and HR jumped to 175 as I jumped on and off platform to paint top of walls. Think I'll go into granny mode this evening and get knitting needles out.
Lovely. I started baby cardigan last night 4ply so loads of stitches thin needles but oh so soft and enables HR to drop way down, especially with a pot of tea within reach 😉
That will be lovely all soft and snuggly I’m jealous although between us we have 6 grandchildren and the two toddlers still love snuggly jumpers and cardigans, last year i made hats scarves and fingerless gloves for everyone so they don’t need them this year
World Kindness Day, well I will be very kind to you by saying well done to you and Willow on running in the rain for 20 minutes, congratulations 🎊 😊 🏃🏾
Well done to both of you and so glad you enjoyed the shorter run and got to go a little faster.... good luck for the 35mins on Friday. I am hoping to go out on Friday morning and do my 5km as I am not going to make Parkrun this week due to the arrival of my grandson
