It's dark and raining...

So, today I'm due to do W3 R2. SOOOOOO not happening. Not only is it raining, but I didn't finish work until 7:30pm and it's now dark as well.

I've decided to put it off until tomorrow, when it will potentially still be raining but won't be dark any more! Thinking of giving the strength and flex a chance today, but frankly I'd quite like to be a couch potato tonight...

An extra rest day once in a while does no harm as long as you don’t do it so often that you lose the running habit.

I'm not sure it's a habit yet! Still, Mondays and Tuesdays are especially busy.

No, it’s not a habit yet, which makes the point all the more important. But delaying one run by one day will do no harm. If Mondays and Tuesdays are especially busy maybe your regular run days should be Wednesday Friday Sunday. Three runs a week, no consecutive days, no Monday Tuesday runs, sorted :)
