It's raining, it's only 16 degrees C - I can't wait for my run this evening!!!!!!!! Long may this rubbish weather continue - at least until I've done the final two runs of W9 anyway!

I've really really struggled in the heat. I love the sun, I love the hot weather - but I do not like running in it!
