Tipping it down and I really want to do my second run of week 6.

I did the first podcast in the 'strength and flexibility' podcast yesterday, in the rain. It was my 'off' running day.

The warm up exercise involves 'rowing' with your arms as you walk.

Imagine what the driver thought as she sailed past this lunatic rowing along the street in the rain, without a boat.

Nurse, the stretcher please........

LOL. So if I ever see someone doing something similar, I will know what they are doing.

Those rowing skills could have come in handy as it was chucking it down at one point....well if just happen to have a boat with you 😆

Go for it. You know you want to. Anyone who is out in the rain too will be as bonkers as you, so who cares?

Go, it will probably be raining tomorrow and day after and the day after. This is England, it rains all but a handful of days, if you wait for a dry day you might never complete the program.

Rain running is the best dont worry about the walking side of things, its gonna rain for most of the year in this country so just go for it, I love it!

You are of course all correct. What a totally exhilarating run. Even managed an extra 5 minutes tagged on to the last 10.

Pleased you did it. Running in torrential rain is my favourite. You look absolutely bonkers of course. There is something so freeing about it! Like s kid in the playground ha ha xxx

Glad I did it too. Amazing feeling. May need a waterproof though. I was totally soaked 😃😃😃💦💧
