Thank you to those of you who encouraged me to press on with W2 when I felt disheartened at the end of W1. I've just got in from COMPLETING W2R1 and feel so proud of myself! I honestly didn't think I would be able to run for more than 1 min so am shocked!

Well done you! Now just keep going One of the best bits of the program for me was the positive validation you get from steadily ticking off each run. You will be amazed at what you can do. Every time you question as to whether you can do the next run think back to W1R1 and consider how far you have already come.
It seeing that progress that gets us hooked I think. Try to remember this feeling if you feel another run.

Well Done! I too was convinced that W2 would be impossible but I am now about to attempt, no, not attempt, complete, W3R2. The advice and support on this forum are invaluable and as long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other you will get there. Good luck!
I've just done w2r1 as well, I did walk a tiny bit in the last run, but only a few steps and then made myself run to the end. Yeeees!!!
