chilly morning with gentle cloud cover and some sun. I went out fully intending to follow Laura's instruction to the letter, however after last 5 min run I felt so in the zone I carried on for another 5 mins ( is that bad of me ? ) couldn't stop didn't want to stop was just blown away by the gentle rhythm of my body running even found that taking on a small hill felt natural and give me a sense of natural graceful power. not sure what's going on here - perhaps its lack of oxygen to the brain :-)

any just starting out keep at it the sense of fulfilment week to week is priceless

    When you get a run like that what can you do but go with it and cherish the memory?Here's to many more of those runs, the memory of them will keep you going when the gremlins attack or a run is just plain hard.

  • Yep it's naughty of you! Resist the urge to run on or do more. You can do that post Graduation.  It's so easy to get carried away.  You want to finish safely, in one piece, no injuries.
