This morning have respect for all of us who get out there alone. Poor dog is unwell, too poorly to run, so I decided to go alone without my running companion.
Felt strange without him “helping” me stretch, and leaning on me while I do my trainers up.
The early morning streets weren’t as inviting either, but at least it was dry. And, I got round ok. Knee felt very weak on second 3 minute run but walked it off and it was ok for the final 5. Hope to finish W4 later this week.

Well done on getting out there and completing W4R2, but sorry to hear about your poorly dog. Hope the poor pup is better soon. I am full of respect for anyone doing C25K during the winter months - dark mornings and unpredictable weather makes you all super heroes for getting out in my book!
Thank you. Going take a couple of extra rest days for the rickety knee. Hoping he’s better soon. He’s only four, but he got sick frighteningly quickly. There seem to be some nasty doggie sickness bugs around.
They become little soul mates, don't they? It is many years since we lost ours and I still want to walk with my arm stuck out with the lead. She wasn't very good at walking to heel but when off lead never left your side. 🐕🏃♀️👍
