Aww congratulations you!! You must feel so proud of yourself  it's amazing running..it really does add so much more to benefit ourselves.. I've also lost 3 stone in weight..gave up smoking 2 years ago... but nothing has made me more proud ( well apart from my kids) than running on this programme .. wish you the very best on your journey xxx
