wk 5 run 3 daunting!

I finished C25K last year but then stopped. I have started again and ended repeating quite a few runs. Now I have done wk5 run2 and that was OK but I have just looked at run3 which is quite a leap. I am pretty sure it is all in my head. How do you get through this big jump in running time; I feel defeated by the thought of it.

You as a graduate should not find run 3 of week 5 too difficult, you have already ran it, just take it slowly and you will be proud of yourself once you have completed it.

You can do it, you did do, it wouldn’t be in the plan if you weren’t ready to do it. You are invincible. Take it easy, look around, enjoy the autumn colours, rain dripping down your face, wind in the hair and be grateful you have the ability and determination to go out there and conquer the run. I’ll be cheering you on.

Look at it as "I get to keep going for 20 mins this time!" 😁👍🏻

Don’t be daunted. Your body is well prepared for it from all the hard work to this point! Take it nice & slowly...trust your body, trust the program & you will do it! 🐌💦
