Bye bye Wk 7 - it's been fun!

Go go gadget legs!! I loved my run this evening, Wk7 R3. Tried a new route, even ran 1km up a hill - the 'I don't look that steep until you try to run up me' kinda hill! Had 2 rest days due to work, being a kid-taxi, etc but maybe my legs appreciated it. Anyways, MJ said I was a runner last week but tonight I really felt like one 🏃🏽‍♀️👍☺

I plan my routes around them myself 😂

Thanks TedG! Hills are my nemesis so feeling super-chuffed! Also had a technical hitch & paused the app, doh! Ended up covering 5K in 44 minutes but it means I'm not as scared of the jump up to 28 & 30 minute runs now 😂☺ keep us posted on your runs!

It's a looonnnnng slow climb, doesn't seem much in the car 😂 😂 On the plus side it made the run on the flat afterwards seem so much easier!

that's difficult... oh that's ok etc.

The running for 25 mins in W7 was so much harder than 28 mins in W8 for me. Obviously my brain took an entire week to catch up with my legs! 😂

Well done! I did run 1 of week 7 last night. Unfortunately I can't avoid hills where I live, and my preferred route has the uphill part in the last 5 minutes of the return run, which is a killer!

That’s amazing! Well done, I need to get out for a week 7 Run today but don’t like going in the dark and haven’t enough time at lunch ! I need a really kick up the backside on these cold days but once I’m out I love it.
