Yaay just completed Week 8, Run 1. Was good found it tougher as felt humid.

Tracked on my Fitbit Running to see how I am doing and it notes 3.25km in 28 minutes. Felt I had ran a bit faster than usual any tips?

Thank you for your support

Well done !

I can tell you now that my memories for week 8 run 1 were my injury !

I didn't want to say before you did it 😂

I was out for 16 days afterwards ☹️

So I will always remember that run !

Anyway ,Well done , Graduation is not far away now 👍

Oh no sorry to hear that, it must have been painful and so frustrating. Glad you are OK now.

Yes not long now I can’t believe it 5 more runs and counting!!

Yes, im only just completely over it now after 2 months , it happened on 10th July , my own fault for sprinting the last minute !

They were quite slow runs then up to Graduation 😁

Anyway, enjoy the last 5 runs !

I found the graduation run quite emotional 😁

I was running again after 16 days but still with some problems, but I found a fantastic physio who is also an extreme marathon runner, so he helped me a lot !

Try and vary your pace, for example go fast at start, then slow....maybe in 3 to 5 min segments...you will soon find a balance and get faster times.
