1st Park Run completed

Home alone today as boys of marshalling at paintball.

Decided to finally do my 1st park run at Wanstead Flats.

Really enjoyed it,lots of newbies,great area to run,Strava says was just over 33mins,will check tonight the chip time.

Hit a record of 4 runs in 7 days,ran a total of nearly 19k.....feeling pretty awesome
