Completed couch25k and 1st park run!

Well it took me a bit longer to finish the c25k as i was on holiday for 3 weeks. However I managed to get a few runs in even though it was around 30 degrees! It's so difficult running in that temperature! Anyway I think it must have done me good as I completed my first park run today in 25.41. I'm well chuffed considering 3 months ago I was struggling with week 1! It's great to get an idea of how fast I'm running as well. Now the plan is to get it down to 25 mins and train for 10km!
