1st park run

Hello all you wonderful running friends,

I completed my first park run this morning, what an amazing event, great scenery, lovely people and such a nice atmosphere, I am already addicted, very pleased with my time of 31.05, I will be there next week. Have a great weekend everyone. 😁

Wow Martin, that’s a cracking time, you should be dead chuffed with that!! I missed the park run this morning & had to watch it through my window, it was a bit torturous!! Wish I’d volounteered!!! It was like looking through the window of a jewellers shop at all the sparkly diamonds but not being able to buy them all!!! Good start to the weekend, enjoy the rest 😊
