W3R2, earworms and tips

I'll be glad to move on from week 3! I don't mind the song about "take a little piece and give a little back" whilst I'm running, but having it echoing around my head all day long afterwards is a bit much!

Plus, whilst I generally like Laura's tips, I do run along some fairly isolated lanes... I don't need to think about someone else on the other side of the hedge checking if I'm too bouncy!

I do need to download week 4 soon, I didn't think I'd get this far 😁

Ha ha... loads of us have thought that bouncing on the other side of a hedge was weird. But it does make you aware of your stride pattern c'nest par...😊

You should prob download weeks 4,5 ,6

as you are doing so well...

Thinking about running does start to creep into your day doesn't it.

Good luck next time out.. no bouncing now. Lol :)

I think if Laura could see me shuffling along, she'd say I'm not bouncy enough 😉

Ha ha, wait till you get to weeks 8 & 9 and meet Julie! She'll stay with you for ever!

Ha! The way you write that makes me think it might not be in a good way 😲
