I woke this morning thinking about the run today, opened the curtains and the sun was shining, beautiful. I then had a few minor stresses that demotivated me a little, but then saw the post of my fellow W3 runner Alast, which brought my focus back - thanks for that 😄
So off I toddled in a bit of a counting frenzy which didn’t last as I kept losing count, and got easily distracted by the lovely sunshine and surroundings. Did it without struggling to much and I’m now looking forward to completing this week on Friday - although I think the forecast for Friday is terrible, but it won’t stop me!
Keep it up fellow early week runners, we can, and will do this! Especially as the support you all give is fantastic 👍😁🤪

You're doing great. Ignore the forecast until you open the door, treat any rain as a prelude to a wonderful hot shower at the of your run. Happy running
Hi Wenderwoo, well done for pushing yourself out there (I'm blushing as I type this thanks to your kind comments!) It also looks as if you're going to end the week before me as my next scheduled run isn't until Saturday. It's good (and reassuring to me) that you did it without struggling too much and I hope that Friday goes just as well for you, whatever the weather throws at you. Are you just going to do Run 3 to the plan, or are you going to try what I try and do and make your last run longer as a taster for the 5 minute runs in Week 4?
