Well got my dad to come sit with my mirror boy so I could do my run today. Got myself a new dining top, they don't do anything really for plus size runners! Anyway a nice pink number with short sleeves and a hood, but really light weight and covers my lumps and bumps. I've been wearing a fleece so far but it's been quite warm today. Have to say I felt pretty good about myself. Off I went for my run and it felt amazing, sun was out, the countryside looked beautiful, some of the horses in the field I run by even decided to have a little run with me. I completed all the runs and had the BIGGEST smile on my face when I'd done. Like a Cheshire cat 😻 ☺ very proud of myself indeed.
So if anyone ready this wonders if they can do YES YOU CAN! If I can and being 6 stones overweight (not for much longer 😉) then yes anyone can

Brilliant! Well done. Good luck with the weight loss.
You're definitely making progress from your first session, keep up the good work you're doing really well so far. Keep that smile on your face and keep running !
I love joyful runs - so great when you hit your stride and realise you can do it! I genuinely think 80% of running is a mental thing about believing you can, and once you've felt that once you know what it's like and can get there again. Fab.
There was a great interview on radio 4's woman's hour with a woman who was designing and making good quality lightweight wicking sportswear for plus sized women. Will try to remember her name.
