The last 3 min run was tough, Michael Johnson even got a bit of a mouthful when he said id only got 1 min left to do!! Had to pause for about 15 secs earlier as milk lorry came past and I didn’t have the guts to run whilst he went past me!! I’m pleased I’ve done the run today but I know I need to stretch/warm up better than I did this morning that will help the run be more comfortable. Monday is my next run - bring it on!!

Well done you! Regarding warm-up, I usually do some leg swings and circles at home. When I'm doing my warm-up walk I do arm swings and circles, and head circles, probably to great amusement of anybody who seas me, but who cares I do proper ~20min stati stretches after my run, as I need to cool down properly vefore jumping under the shower
