I have been remiss in my duties here of late for a few reasons but finally getting back on track
Still aiming for 10k+ no particular time target , I am just running for me for now , less focused on pace and times but back to enjoying what running gives to me
Am looking at a target of 750 k for the year give or take but the main thing is an injury free year , been there and have that t shirt.
So looking forward to the spring and some warmer days/evenings and for you that know me I do luv my running tights but will be so glad to get the legs out again
