Able to run but very cautious. Went back to week 4 for some structure. Concentrating on stride, core strength and overcoming the fear of another injury but so good to be back out there. Have been watching all my contemporaries moving onwards and upwards and very chuffed for you all, happy running lovely peeps πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’•πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Congratulations on returning to your running, you did the wise thing by restarting at week 4, as before just take all the runs slowly. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

I'm out at the moment....pulled a muscle in my left buttock! Cant remember the name of the muscle! Got to work 4 but havent run properly for 3 weeks. Think I may go right back to week 1 and build up slowly, also doing yoga for stretching and core strength....looking forward to getting back on it!

Good luck. It’s good to have the structure I think, I was scared to run and kept stopping, worrying about injury. πŸ€ͺ

Bet it feels good to be back! Keep being sensible and building back up slowly. The good thing about repeating C25K after injury is that you already KNOW you can do it. ☺

Thank you. I’ve really missed it and took me a while to get my head around not being able to run Didn’t feel me whittlin would result in very positive posts!! πŸ˜‚

I know what you mean. I’m still having to be very cautious with my tendons, and while it’s good to be honest, I don’t want to put people off! I still can’t get over how much I want to run whether I can or can’t - I never thought I’d really get into it. You can see from your posts how much you love it, so I know it will have been tough x
