Back to Park Runs :)

I did my 3rd Park Run today after 2 months off and one month on IC. Started at the back and ran slowly to begin with while my knee sorted itself out (It clicks painlessly now for 1st few steps) Once I knew I was pain free I increased my speed a bit ! Came in at 36.55 so really pleased with that only 16 sec slower than before my injury even managed an acceleration for the end ! Ran the whole thing no walking at all even though I really wanted to ! It was the Southsea one so a nice flat and smooth surface much kinder to my knees ! ;) Happy running everyone ! And if you are on the IC take comfort in knowing it all comes back to you when you leave :) :)
