I had a very nasty and long flu and was disappointed for not being able to run for so many days. Back to running today, I did Stepping Stones. Couldn't care less about speed or distance, just went and ran the podcast. By 20 minutes I felt tired but made it till the end with shorter steps. New shoes feel so much more comfortable. It's good to be back !

Very snazzy shoes Katty. The flu can really knock it out of you. Good for you for getting through Stepping Stones -the smaller steps trick works surprisingly well, doesn't it
