Just finished run 3 week 9 cannot believe that I have completed the programme and even ran 40 mins tonight to celebrate! That's a total of 27 training sessions! When I think back to week 1 run 1 I thought I would actually collapse! The programme is great and would highly recommend it to anyone. I had not done any exercise for years and was never a runner but here I am a runner! So pleased with my achievement and looking forward to many more enjoyable years of running!
