I did it! I can't believe my local park has got so small and I have to go round the inside, round the outside, round the streets, back round the park inside and out without stopping. Only repeated one week. No injuries. At age 55, never a runner, about a stone overweight and 2 years plus with Slimming World (ongoing) I finally feel I'm taking control. As they say, it doesn't get easier - you just get fitter. To everyone trying and not really believing it can work for you - follow the programme, trust it, ignore the gremlins, look after your body and you
