Well, I have done it! I realised last night that I would struggle in the heat this evening so I went out at 5.30 am this morning. Ran the full 30 min ( and could have done a few minutes more but knew I would be pushed for time if I did). I am so happy and want to thank everyone here for their support. It is so true what everyone says - This programme really works! If I can do this, anyone can. My husband, who has always said he is not a runner, is now on week 3 and has got the bug.
I intend to run again on Thursday and am eyeing up my local park run for another consolidation run on Saturday π

You still have the best to come if you want it. Holiday runs. Running tourism. We are in Normandy France having graduated last Thursday and come away on the Friday. Running in new locations is awesome. At the moment we are in Asnelles. Next run will be Hornfleur, so will be up early to run the harbour area.
We love the early morning. Quiet, cool and the wildlife is excellent. So congratulations to you and good luck to 'Im indoors.
