When I started out on 4th June, barely able to run for 1 minute, the idea that I would one day be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping seemed unimaginable - and that I would enjoy the journey along the way seemed impossible!
I am so grateful to the people who created the C25k programme, and everyone on this forum who encouraged me and gave me advice over the past few months.
I worry a little that I will find it hard to motivate myself to do three runs a week now I have finished the programme, but I am going to try to keep it up.

Congratulations KayBee! 👏🏃♀️🤸♀️🏃♀️🤸♀️🏃♀️👏Well done you! It’s a great achievement and you should feel really proud of yourself! Many happy runs to come!
Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3. I hope you keep running 3 times a week but all 3 don't need to be as long as 5k, but try at least to make one of them that distance, Firstly run 3/30 minute consolidation runs a week for 2 weeks then consider whether you want to go on to the B210K podcasts.
Thank you - I’m running on a treadmill in my cold garage, so the hot weather wasn’t too bad ... but I think running in the winter might be more of a challenge!
Hi Kaybee, your post is very motivating. Just finished W1R2 yesterday and needed to sleep for four hours afterwards. Legs feel much better this morning.
Yes, I find I need an extra rest day between runs now I’m running for 30 mins, so I may not be able to squeeze 3 runs a week in with my schedule... hopefully over time I might need less rest between runs and can keep up 3 runs a week.
