Dodged the rain to get out for my last run of the programme. The gods of Spotify played all the tracks I wanted from my playlist and I am feeling fantastic 😁😁😁. Such a good programme, I never thought I could run and now I know I can. Keep going everyone, it feels great to achieve it 🏆
