Reached W6R2 without too much trouble then the Achilles gremlin struck!!

Nearly three weeks of sulking and resting and tonight I started back with W4R3.

Went okay though noticed a dip in my stamina!!

Now to see how I feel tomorrow!

Injuries are so frustrating .... I had got to week 5 and running over 20 minutes non stop then strained my calf. Rested for a month with physio then started back with odd tweaks in calf so started back at week 1. Next Achilles played up so back to square one again. Got new trainers and now up to week 3 again. I am going to persevere and complete c25k. Good luck 🏃🏻

You will feel a dip in your stamina if you've been resting up on the injury bench

Not to worry, it will come back. Eat/drink/sleep well, and do some other exercise, if you're not already doing so

Good luck with your next run!
