I completed W5R3 on Dec 14 and then Covid hit me hard . Next three weeks I could not even think o f walking. cough and breathlessness. After three weeks , I had no idea on the level of fitness or my lung capacity. To test my capacity I ran w1r1, w3r1 and w5r1. It wasn't all that easy but was still doable.

Last week I have completed run 1 & 2 of week 6 . My Run 3 of week 6 is due today. I am not confident but give it a shot.

I completely empathise having had covid over christmas. I built back slowly which it sounds like you did too - don't push yourself too quickly. I am sure you will complete w6r3 - let me know how it goes! :)

Thanks for your kind words. I did run W6R3 and completed it!!! Last 5 minutes was tough. I kept telling myself that I don't want to repeat the run, so let me complete it today.😀. It worked

No problem! I'm happy to hear you smashed it :) It definitely is a mind game, if you think you can't do it then you won't. Positive thinking x

That sounds really tough, I had something similar last January and it took ages for fitness to re build

Ture rebuilding is tough as one doesn't know the extent to which one should push oneself. This program has given me an incentive to rebuild fitness.
