Hopefully back on track

After another longer week of break, today's morning alarm at 5am started a good day, good Monday, and hopefully good week. I completed W7R2 with only small difficulty. It was also my ~3-5min before I power through the end of my running warm up. It doesn't matter how good and how long I warm up before running. I think my body just have to switch to a running mode. The run was steady, quite slow (especially in the first km), but not so slow as my usual runs (at least that's how I felt - intelligence told me afterwards: avg. pace 7:08 min/km, incl. last minute of warm up walk and ~1 Mon of cool down walk). I had 2 or 3 short periods of tiredness, but generally I was surprisingly good. Maybe I managed to totally get rid of the health issues... Or some pre-period power (sorry guys)... Or some kind of additional power from stress finally steaming out of me... No running gods with me, no Go-Go-Gadget-Legs. But calm, steady run. With some power up run during last minute. Actually, I think this minute is the only minute I run, not jog, and I may even look like a runner, or just like a crazy lady being chased by ghosts :P To make sure I made a photo to check for ghost presence.

Anyway, happy running! Never give up! You had a break? Fine, just go out there and see what'll happen ;)

Oh I like calm, steady runs - especially early in the morning! Not sure about no ghosts - I think I see something hovering.... Well done !

Great run, you certainly did it, with or without the go-go-gadget legs. Have a good day. 🙂

Thank you. Wednesday - last run of week 7 :)

You crazy lady running at stupid o’clock - I bow down to your bloody mindedness getting out there when the rest of us were still asleep. I see no ghosts just one very determined lady - well done Iga a woman of your word!

You always make me laugh - thank you :)

I was asleep as well, as you know already. It was amazing to see the world waking up slowly. When the day was crawling out from the dark.
