Yeah I've done it! 3rd run of wk 1 definitely easier than the first run. Not sure about managing to run for 90s when I'm only just managing 60s (sometimes only 55s) but heyho, if you lot can do it . . .

Congrats! Remember that if you can't pull off the complete run you can always repeat a run or two.

90 seconds lasts an eternity. But when that eternity is over it feels so good you're ready to recover for another one. I did it, so you can.

As far as those 55 seconds go, try doing 91 seconds in Week 2 (and maybe start slowly jogging when you know Laura's just about to say "Go for it"). Let your body suggest a better mindset to your mind. This is something that worked for me (going in the opposite direction to the unconfident impulses).

And well done.
