After run 1 i decided to listen to some music as i did run 2. Off I went with the lovely Sarah Milligan only to have "trance" music to listen to (Id dowloaded some "running tunes" which I thought might spur me on!) I almost had a heart attack.
Anyone got any ideas/suggestions on running music (sloooooooow running music)????
Thanks in advance

I think mine must be too!! I’m now using the “now thats What I call running” album. Good running best to keep me moving!!!!
Hi MBW, I have a whole host of stuff on Spotify - have a look and see if any appeal. I’m with Razouski I tend to run to faster music... but have a peek, I mix up the tempos, but if you hate the 80s - sorry that’s my period!
Great choice of tunes!! My jogging route seems to be getting bigger as I improve so I’ll need to add more songs to my playlist!!! I’ll borrow some of yours ideas. Thanks.
I am listening to Joe Jackson at the minute! Loved his stuff, still do of course
Martha and the Muffins! Love that!
I just got a load of new running tunes, most of them fast I have to say but I do have some slow ones. You must have your own personal slow numbers which mean more to you than any others, your smooching songs when you were 15 LOL
Mine is Still Crazy, Paul Simon. I have Maria Muldaur, Midnight at the Oasis,Something The Beatles, Norwegian Wood ditto, You wear it Well Rodders (not too slow but not too fast either). Melody Gardot Baby I'm a Fool
Brand New Key, Melanie Safka (love that un) Female of the Species by Spaced
Hi Reb1971, any recommendations. I was listening to My Dad Write a Porno in the gym but had to stop as I was laughing so loudly people thought I was deranged! 🤣🤣
I love Fortunately with fi Glover and Jane Garvey. It’s daft and just chit chat so I don’t miss plot when Sarah Millican buts in. My dad wrote a porno is great too. I am beyond caring what other people think! 😆
