Week one done. Wow. Only issue I’ve had is with this final run of the week. I’ve covered exactly the same distance and exactly the same pace, but I thought this run was going to kill me (I’m a drama queen). By the end I could barely breath, but by the end of the other two I’ve been fine and actually felt better for it.

Just make sure you are going slow and if you're still breathless slow down again

Lots of things can affect the quality of a run - sleep, hydration, temperature, weather, ground conditions, when and what you last ate etc etc. If you can identify any of these, you’ll be better prepared for next time. Happy running 😀
Well done on completing the program. Another 8 weeks and hopefully I will be able to post my graduation photo. Sleep is probably the issue out of that list. I’ve been an insomniac my whole life and the last two weeks have lacked a whole lot of sleep.
